Moving Policy

When moving into the building or having large deliveries made, tenants may reserve the freight elevator after 6:00 PM on weekdays or anytime during the weekend. If you need to arrange a move or have questions please contact the Management Office.

Smoking Policy

Please note the Designated Smoking Area for 3120 Fairview Park Drive is located on the P-1 level (1st Floor) of the parking garage. See attached plan of the garage which shows the smoking area. All employees, contractors and guests should be informed that smoking anywhere else on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the stairwells, loading dock area, and front & rear building entrances.

Please note that smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of all entrances to the building. As such, please inform all employees, contractors and guests to refrain from smoking in spaces other than the Designated Smoking Area, despite weather conditions.
